Packaging a brand into a reusable Claude skill so PDFs and decks come out on-brand

Daria Cupareanu describes building a brand skill in Claude so documents match a brand without manual restyling.

WHAT THEY DID

Daria Cupareanu has Claude interview her about a brand, propose styles, palettes and fonts, build sample PDFs, decks and Word files, and package the result as a reusable skill. She then uploads the skill so new documents come out on-brand.

HOW IT WENT

She reports making lead magnets in about five minutes and no longer restyling in Canva or Google Slides, which she says took 30 to 60 minutes. Building the brand took several rounds and PDF rendering was troublesome at first. A before-and-after PDF is shown.

WORTH KNOWING

The time savings are her own figures. The master prompt is behind a paywall, so the method can’t be checked here, and you still need clear opinions about what you like.

4TC interpretation

Our reading, not something the source says.

A brand is easier to apply consistently when its rules are written down. This is one designer's approach to writing them down for an AI tool.
