WHAT THEY DID

Starting in 2022, Trusted Shops moved from Sketch and Abstract to Figma, built a design-system family with product-area toolkits on a shared foundation, let a small group set the pattern first, and recreated files rather than importing them so shared attributes stayed intact.

HOW IT WENT

The company reports more than 150 files migrated or recreated in nine weeks and about 30 editors working in one system.

WORTH KNOWING

A vendor story about product design teams. Recreating instead of importing took more effort up front, which the story presents as the point.
