WHAT THEY DID
Sean Fairchild redesigned Combinator's artist site as an installable cyberpunk PWA. He generated and refined a talking avatar through Figma Weave and Figma canvas agents, auditioned voices across Hedra, Hailuo and Firefly, animated the chosen still in Hailuo, built minimal Figma components read into code via Figma MCP, and had Claude scrape source content, compile and deploy to Cloudflare Workers with a Playwright suite.

- Write a script with performance notes; audition voices across Hedra, Hailuo and Firefly; animate the chosen still in Hailuo.
- Build a small CTA component set and Core tokens in Figma; pull into code via Figma MCP.
- Use Claude to scrape and reorganize content from combinatormusic.com, design touch interactions, compile a .tar, deploy to Cloudflare, and gate with Playwright.
