WHAT THEY DID

Plaid brought marketing and sales into FigJam brand workshops, ran its rebrand in shared files with product and leadership, tested color themes with variables, governs its design system by branching and review, and set up a self-serve hub so teams make blog headers and previews themselves. It is trying templates with guardrails so partners can make ad variations.

HOW IT WENT

The story gives no measured outcomes. It notes one campaign can need 30 to 40 ad variations in six sizes and take up to a month.

WORTH KNOWING

A vendor story with no date. The ad-template approach was still being explored, so there are no results for it yet.
