WHAT THEY DID

Andrew Joyner was approached through his agent under an NDA, received the manuscript with Seuss’s pencil sketches, copied the drawings to absorb the style, then drew from sketch to finished scene on an iPad and flipped through the gallery to check the book’s flow.

HOW IT WENT

The book was published. He says the editor wanted his own work, not an imitation.

From 2020, published by the app maker. He describes himself as non-technical and wants more randomness in digital tools.
